Hi, I've been struggling with balanitis for a while. I used cream over and over again but it keeps coming back. Last time I used cream I lost sensation on the top of the penis. I also tried saltwater and it seems to have worked for the balanitis but the loss of sensation is still there. Is there something I can do about that? Also is there a danger to use saltwater on penis?
