Hi, I've been suffering ejaculatory anhenodia for a while recently.

I had the very same problem for a month last year as well, but it got better without any treatment.

As it is a recurring condition, I am quite worried now.

What would be the possible causes and treatments?

I'm not on any medication currently but I've been suffering from moderate spinal stenosis for 5 years. Other than that I'm quite healthy and fit.
