Hi. I've Been Suffering From Stomach Ache Since The Past

Hi. I've been suffering from stomach ache since the past week. The area is just at the opening of stomach. The mouth of stomach basically. My stool isn't normal. Lack of appetite. The pain in the first few days was a consistent cramp that came every few seconds, but now it just comes randomly and my stomach spasms. I also had fever one night but it went away itself. I've taken Mucaine for pain and inflammation. And currently taking entamizole to flush out infection. Would you recommend something else? Can u give me an insight as to what's wrong? Thanks.
