Hi, I've Been Taking Metamucil, This Is My 3rd Day.

Hi, I've been taking metamucil, this is my 3rd day. Total of 7 doses. My poop became stringy by 4/5 dose. It's orangy/yellowish in color. Is this normal (I've heard it is) , are the colors normal and should I cut back on doses per day (3) as my tummy feels a little crampy and I do go poop very often.
