Hi. I've Been Taking The Contraceptive Pill Perfectly At 12

Hi. I've been taking the contraceptive pill perfectly at 12 midday everyday since I started the second pack (which was Wednesday 27th of April) However I vomited twice in the past week and the earliest I've got sick is 6pm-ish. My boyfriend and I always use condoms just incase but we had an accident and it broke. Just wondering if the pill would still be working or should I take the morning after pill?
