Hi I've Been Taking Utovlan For 4 Days, 3 Tablets

Hi I've been taking utovlan for 4 days, 3 tablets each day, my last day to take the 3 tablets is tomorrow and I'm just wondering how long it takes to bleed. I haven't had a period for about 4-5 years but as I came off the pill a year ago my dr is concerned that I still haven't had a bleed so I've been put on these, any info would be great
