Hi I've Been Through The Ringer For The Last 11

Hi I've been through the ringer for the last 11 years. I have chronic muscle spasms in my neck, shoulders and upper back, and now between shoulder blades. Nothing has helped or fixed problem. Can I get a biopsy of muscle tissues to see if it shows a disorder of some kind?
