Hi. I've Been To Several Doctors, Had A Chest X-ray

Hi. I've been to several doctors, had a chest X-ray and scoped at least 4 times. I take medication for congestion and allergies (although I don't think its needed), I also take medication for heartburn daily. I was told 3 months ago I, B12 an D deficient and since have been on supplements. I also take an aspirin a day as I have Factor V blood disease. My issue, which is long standing but getting worse is that I have a heaviness in my chest starting in my throat. It always feels like something my throat or that it is swollen. My chest feels heavy. Nothing has turned up anything and its frustrating...something is wrong.
