Hi. I've Been Trying To Conceive Lately But Am PCOS.

Hi. I've been trying to conceive lately but am PCOS. my doctor had me take Althea pills for 5mos to regulate my period. Then last feb.5 was the start of my period. On feb.16, my doctor advise me to take Dupasthon 2x a day for 10 days (feb.16-25).
Then on the 28th Feb, i feel some sort of pain, PMS like..and i've noticed dark brownish red blood but not that heavy. Can i still be pregnant? Pls advise. Many thanks!
