Hi.. I've Been Using .5gm Of Cocaine Everyday For About

Hi.. I've been using .5gm of cocaine everyday for about 6 months. About 2 weeks ago I started having PVC's.. they seem to be persistent throughout the day but more noticeable after I use at night.. I've been to the hospital 6 times in the past 2 months for hypertension, anxiety and chest pains. They said I had no heart attack. The last time i went i felt sharp back pain in the left scapular area and retro sternal pain about 3/10. That time I left the hospital before any troponins were performed. My BP was at 169/98.
I've been gradually reducing my quantity since however tonight after a small line my heart started to have about 2 to 4 PVC's per minute with some retro sternal discomfort.
