Hi I've broken 3 metatarsal in foot one was near the
Ins franc joint so. Stabilised with 3 k wire I also spiral fractured the tibia near ankle which is plated and screwed and broke fibula further up under knee I have had 6 weeks nwb in cast,then k wire removed and 6 weeks 10 percent nwb ,and now have slowly moved to walking in shoes with no walking stick coming up to 4 months I am really struggling with ankle movement and stiffness can't walk down stars properly yet ,doing phisio but improvements seem slow also when trying to raise onto ball of foot only about 40percent weight I i get tingling feeling across forefoot should I continue this exercise or wait till a bit longer , cheers todd
