Hi, I've Developed A Very Large Lymph Node Behind My

Hi, I've developed a very large lymph node behind my right ear lobe, about the size of a large grape. No illness or injuries recently. Having a lot of pain in my outer ear and the side of my face. It's a burning, tingling, itchy, but my ear feels so cold. And my out ear is numb, I can't feel it when I touch it. If I press on the lymph node I get a electrical sensation go through my ear lobe. Should I be concerned? Is it nerve pain?
