Hi I've Felt Nauseous For About Ten Days But Not

Hi I've felt nauseous for about ten days but not vomited or had loose stools... Also a strange feeling in the pelvic area... No sore breasts and two weeks until I'm due my next period... Have a copper coil fitted.... Wasn't worried thought it was a bug but still feel nauseous particularly around food... Only had the coil about a year, periods have been regular and heavy... But as I said not due for another two weeks... Could I be pregnant? I'm 37?
