Hi I've Finished Metronidazole Tablet 400mg Last Monday For A

Hi I've finished metronidazole tablet 400mg last Monday for a tooth infection. I had a strong headaches Tuesday and Wednesday. Now I feel my ears inside hurting really tired most importantly dried mouth and like poison feeling in my mouth. I also had temperatures around 37.8 lasting two days when I had headaches. I also look unusually yellow and pale are they relate to side effects of metronidazole?
