Hi! I've Got Putting Edema And I'm Starting To Get

Hi! I've got putting edema and I'm starting to get red blotches with tiny veins more prominent in them. When you touch them they go away and automatically come back. I've been extremely tired lately with a little depression. My left arm has a dull ache and my left pinky and ring finger go numb and tingle ever so often. What could this be?
