Hi. I've got some painless spots on my penis that happened after my girlfriend gave me oral sex. A little but of skin was cut on the head with her teeth and after that some spots came up on the shaft of the penis. That was about 3 days ago. Now just above the penis to the left feels swolen and painful to touch.
