Hi, Ive Got This Uncomfortable Feeling In My Right Arm.

Hi, Ive got this uncomfortable feeling in my right arm. It feels weak in the forearm and my ring and last finger seem to get very cold constantly. My hand also shakes slightly sometimes, which worsened once I got very upset. What could be causing this?
