Hi. I've Gotten A Heat Rash On My Inner Thigh

Hi. I've gotten a heat rash on my inner thigh in my groan area since i was younger during the summer months that always went away when the weather cooled down. I once again got the rash but am concerned that it seems bigger then it usually is and is itching. could it be more then a rash? like jock itch?
