Hi, I've Had Kiembock ( Aseptic Necrosis On Lunate Bone

Hi, I've had Kiembock ( aseptic necrosis on lunate bone on my left wrist) surgery in 1999. My wrist is stiff and painful. What are my chances for long term disability. I don't work since 2008, had to leave a few jobs because of wrist pain. I've had bone grafting from my hip.
