Hi I’ve Had A Burning When I Pee For About

Hi I’ve had a burning when I pee for about 3 weeks and I’ve went to emergency once to just get help with it and the doctor there just told me that it may be an yeast infection and we can cure it at home and we tried to with cream and a pill for yeast infections but nothing helped it so we booked a doctors appointment with my real doctor and it was yesterday and we went and he made me Swab down there and we sent it to the lab to find out what is going on . But about a week after I started to feel burning I revived oral sex and now that it hasn’t gone away and no doctor has really told me what is going on , I’m scared I may have gotta an sti or std . I never told my real doctor this cause I wasn’t comfortable enough and my mom was in the room but I just don’t really know what’s going on and would like help
