Hi, I've Had A Chalazion For About A Year Now,

Hi, I've had a chalazion for about a year now, I was told it would go away with time and that it was cause for too much stress? It's been hurting lately and just noticed a white dot on top of my eyelid. Is there anyway I can treat it with home made products or do I have to get surgery? Around how much would it cost if I do so? Thank you!
