Hi, I've Had A Head Cold For Nearly A Week

Hi, I've had a head cold for nearly a week now and I'm resting/drinking plenty of fluids etc but it seems to not be getting any better. Nasal congestion and persistent cough are just so exhausting. I never get sick and this is frustrating! Thanks for your time.
