Hi . I've had a pain predominantly in my food pipe and under left breast for 20 hours . Latterly just under Breast . On onset vomited 6 times . It is agony . Is this just trapped wind . I have hpertension , chronic migraine , intracranial hypertension and also disc probs in thoracic and lumbar spine
