Hi, I've Had A Persistant Cough( Not Severe), And Low

Hi, I've had a persistant cough( not severe), and low grade fever for the last 3 weeks. I also have night sweats. I feel irritation in the back of my throught as well. My pcp sent me for blood panels and my crp is high.Tsh is low and t4 is low. He has failed to come up with a diagnosis so far and has sent me to endocronology. I am still puzzled how this could be conected to the daily low grade fevers and throat irritation? What's your opinion please?
