Hi, I've Had A Plastic Coil Fitted (sorry Don't Know

Hi, I've had a plastic coil fitted (sorry don't know the actual name) ever since I've been getting pain I thought it was normal as my body needed to get use to it and it seems to be getting worse and worse each day. The pains bare able when walking about because i seem to forget but as soon as I try to sit or lay down I feel like someone's digging into my lower back, ribs, side and stomach. Could you have a solution to a good nights sleep or an answer? Thank you.
