I've had a pretty bad cold for about 9 days now - fever, chills - started out with a really runny nose, a dry cough. It progressed to coughing up green and yellow phlegm, but the sinuses dried up. Now I cough up phlegm in mostly the mornings only, the sinuses are a little infected - and I still have a bit of a fever. Also - about 5 days ago my back (on the right side, lower rib) is a bit tender. About 12 years ago I had pneumonia in my right lung, with pleurisy - and it seems to be in the same area...could it be pneumonia/pleurisy again?
