Hi, I've Had A Really Chesty Cough For A Few

Hi, I've had a really chesty cough for a few days now and noticed yesterday that there is a hard lump on the roof of my mouth which hurts when I push my tongue down on it. All my molars generally have begun to ache too. What's wrong with me :( thanks so much
