Hi, I've Had A Septum Piercing For A Few Months

Hi, I've had a septum piercing for a few months now and have changed the jewelry a couple times without any issues or accompanying pain. However, I woke up a couple days ago with severe pain/soreness in my columella. It hasn't eased at all. It's severely painful to the touch and if any part of my face is stretched. Not sure what this could be from, and pain legs aren't helping at all.
