Hi. I've Had A Small, Wart-like Growth On My Elbow

Hi. I've had a small, wart-like growth on my elbow for several weeks now. Very dry, not itchy.I had a referral to see a specialist from my GP, however, It has dislodged during sleep.....not painful, but some blood. I've cleaned it up with polysporin and bandaged it. No time to make another appointment, as I leave for a week tomorrow. Anything I should worry about?
