Hi, I've Had An Early Scan, Thought Was 7 Weeks

Hi, I've had an early scan, thought was 7 weeks pregnant , but could only see 2 gestational sacs with one yolk sac, told to have a D&C. 2 days later went for an other scan, pre-op and found fetal pole in the one they could see the yolk as well, but the other mean sac measures 10.7mm, but no yolk or fetal pole, is it bad news?
