Hi, I've Had An On Again Off Again Sinus Infection

I've had an on again off again sinus infection since Dec 17th. I was given ceftin for 10 days at a medexpress. Did not work. I went back after Christmas on jan 2 I was given a nose spray Nasonex and amox/clav for 2 weeks. Did not work with my congestion but I believe my sinus infection cleared up. I went back again and he gave me Levaquin for 10 days and told me to use the nose spray. During all of this since about Dec 31st. I was getting 0 relief so I went to pharmacy and bought zicam nose spray. I overused it and had terrible relapse congestion. It has been a week now since I stopped cold turkey using it. I have also been to my ENT 2 times. once last Wed and the Friday before that. he gave me a Depo shot it worked for 2 days but I was using the Zicam nose spray in between. This last appt. He gave me a Z-pack. No relief. The problem I am having is that my nose seems to be unstuffed in the main sinuses. It is congested back behind my nose where the sinuses drain into your mouth. What is exactly congested do you think? What is this I am experiencing? Do I still have healing to do with my sinuses? What can I do to unclog this? It's really annoying and I can't get a good rest at night now since Dec 17th. The ent wants me to get tested for allergies but I have no time right now to do so. I have a 5 year old I take to preK 3 times a week and dancing school and an autistic son who is 7. I really would like to resolve this as I have no time to deal with it. Only relief I get midly is crying and washing my hair. I am a total non smoker. Oh I have also tried to take allegra- d. DOes not help. HELP please!!
