Hi I've Had An Ongoing Problem With Piles Since My

Hi I've had an ongoing problem with piles since my daughter was born 6 years ago but sometimes I lose a lot of blood when passing a stool, today I've gone to the toilet around 5 times and noticed a lot of blood & some of them times I haven't passed a stool, I've noticed blood clots when I wipe my bottom. Can u please help thanks
