Hi, I've Had Blood In My Urine For Almost A

Hi, I've had blood in my urine for almost a week. Looks like a fruit punch color. Stool tested positive for blood too. BP is 110/78. No pain when going to the bathroom. No back pain. CT scan showed one kidney stone up in the kidney, but nothing else. Bloodwork showed creatinine at 4x normal. Everything else was good. Waiting on 2 more urine tests to come back. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.
