Hi, I've Had Bloodshot Inner Corners Of My Eyes For

Hi, I've had bloodshot inner corners of my eyes for about a week now. They weren't bothering me until tonight and I noticed they were much more red just recently. I haven't had any trauma to them or anything unusual. What could this be? How do I treat it?
