Hi. I've Had Epididymitis 4 Years Ago. Cleared Up After

Hi. I've had epididymitis 4 years ago. Cleared up after a year and half when I took alfuwin for about 2 months followed by 1g of azithromycin twice a month apart.

I was fine until this Jan when it flared up again, I'm not sure if a condom caused it..
I've tried all antibiotics including cifloc for long periods, with alfuwin, curam, azithromycin, a 2g dose. But symptoms still persist. 1 dose of azithromycin 1g with a 2g dose of metro seemed to take care of it for about 2 months,but it's back now. The only thing I haven't tried is Suprax. Please advise...
