Hi, I've Had Horrific Sciatic Nerve Pain In My Left

Hi,
I've had horrific sciatic nerve pain in my left leg since June 2013. Had two operation on my back. L4-L5 have been fused. Still no relief in sciatic nerve pain. After my first operation (partial disc removal l4-l5) the toes on my left foot started going numb. Had the fusion to help with sciatic pain and increasing numbness. My left foot is now totally numb and my toes feel like I have a size 10 foot with a size 8 shoe on. Not sure what to do now? Any advise you can give will be appreciated.
