Hi. I've Had Implanon And Recently Realized It Is Two

Hi. I've had implanon and recently realized it is two months expired. My periods have always been irregular, and sometimes twice a month. Last month I had a normal period the first week, then two weeks later had a very light period. This month I've had no period, so I'm a week late. The only symptoms I really have is maybe an over appetite and some headaches. Could I be pregnant? I talked to the receptionist when I called to have my implanon taking out and she said it doesn't just expire on the day of, but I'm assuming if anything it's probably only good for a few more weeks
