Hi, I've Had Low Grade Pain Over Entire Leg For

Hi, I've had low grade pain over entire leg for days, very unusual for me. 8 yrs ago had surgeries for fractured femur and torn patellar tendon, recovered well, rode horses until 3 yrs ago. An occasional Advil handled rare pain, often weather related. Have no vericose veins, walk a mile daily, this feels like fire/ skin too tight all over, more often below the knee, an Advil takes pain away. Am 73, take syntroid, metformin, janunivia, and triamt daily, should I be concerned about a blood clot? Have no swelling nor heat. Thank you Mary Ann
