Hi I've Had Marina In Since May 27 Th Gone

Hi I've had marina in since May 27 th gone ... My problem was spotting 7 days before my period then proper period would start .. Since having marina fitted I'm still getting period not much lighter feeling stressed down and short tempered .. Not sure should I have it removed and up my evening primrose and b vitamin s can it make you feel down ??
