Hi, I've Had Pain In My Upper Back For A

Hi, I've had pain in my upper back for a few days now near my shoulder. Today I discovered when I bend over I can feel and I don't know if I can hear it but I swear I can hear a swooshing sound in my back bending over and standing back up. Also I noticed a click in my chest as if their was an empty space that transmitted my heart beat to audible. Only when laying down and fully exhaled though. What would cause these? I'm a 27yo male.
