Hi I've Had Problems With A Blocked Nose For About

Hi I've had problems with a blocked nose for about a year and a half when it's blocked which is 70% of the time I keep blowing it to try and get some relief there is a lot of nasal fluid then all of a sudden it will unblock for a short time i need some advice as it's taking over my life and getting me quite down ??
