Hi I've Had Scabies On And Off For A Year

Hi I've had scabies on and off for a year tried all the treatment creams etc. A couple weeks ago I got it again only slightly but last weekend on a night out I did crystal meth and. Ketamine I was up for 3 days and didn't eat for 5 days I'm now noticing the scabies rash really spreading don't know what to do btw I don't usually do drugs it was just a stupid night out that got a bit crazy thanks for any advice
