Hi, I've Had Severe Abdominal Bloating For Around 4 Weeks

Hi, I've had severe abdominal bloating for around 4 weeks now with tiredness, body aches, sharp pains around my pelvic area and a missed period with slight spotting. After taking two negative pregnancy tests I went to my doctors a couple of weeks ago. He also took a negative pregnancy test and said I was probably constipated (i go to the toilet everyday) and advised me to just keep taking a pregnancy test until my period returns. It has been a further week and with the same symptoms.I have began light spotting over the past 2 days and have just found bloody discharge floating in the toilet. Any help would be much appreciated.
