Hi, I've Had This Like A Swolen Vein Or Like

Hi,

I've had this like a swolen vein or like a blood lump in my upper mouth in the palate area. I woke up this morning and i could taste blood. So i looked in the mirror and i saw it popped! I an reslly scared what should i do? Its been there for ages. I think i have to do a root canal for one of my frontal tooth.
