Hi, I've Had Three Instances Where My Neck Breaks Out

Hi, I've had three instances where my neck breaks out in a rash. After the rash goes away, my neck is dry and the skin peels off. I'm not sure if it's something I'm ingesting or coming into contact with. I'm also wondering is this could be a symptom of a larger health problem. I was just diagnosed with vitiligo at 52 years old.
