Hi, I've Had Watery Diahrrea, Painful Cramping & Overactive Bowel

Hi, I've had watery diahrrea, painful cramping & overactive bowel sounds for 4 days. I went to an urgent care and they said to take Imodium. I did last night & today, ate a small amount of chicken soup & plain cracker this afternoon. I felt slightly better, though ended up vomiting numerous times violently on my way home from work. My stomach is terribly crampy & painful & bowel sounds are back with lots of gas. Could you offer any guidance?
