Hi, I've Had Yellow Eyes Almost My Whole Life. Sometimes

Hi, I've had yellow eyes almost my whole life. Sometimes they're really yellow, usually when I'm on low carb dieting, fasting, or not sleeping enough. But most of the time they are just yellow tinged, never white. I had a cbc, my bilirubin is 5.0 and my AST is 36 and ALT is 18. I'm going to get further tests done. But am wondering if this looks like it could be Gilbert's syndrome or something worse. In normal day to day life I function normally, except for some general fatigue.
