Hi! I've Had Yellow Spots In The Back Of My

Hi! I've had yellow spots in the back of my throats for a while now, when I talk or sing my throats feels scratchy and it makes it difficult to sing. My tonsils are slightly whitefish pink and my veins are red all throughout the uvula to my tonsils and back of throat. Should I get antibiotics?
