Hi I've Have Been Having Which Seem To Be Pregnancy

Hi I've have been having which seem to be pregnancy symptoms for the past 2 months now. At first I started to get nauseous in the mornings like morning sickness I just thought I might be getting the flu but then more symptoms started popping up in the next weeks I was sensitive to smells and if I ate something I would start to feel like I needed to throw it up and recently I have started to feel kicks and jabs in my lower abdomin I took a over the counter pregnancy test and it came back negative but I'm on the Mirena can that be causing my symptoms?
