Hi I've Have Gained Like 15lbs In A Short Amount

Hi I've have gained like 15lbs in a short amount of time. My periods have been lighter the last few months and I've had a tubal ligation two years ago when my daughter was born. I have cramping on each side of my lower abdomen. I'm just considered caused my stomach has expanded quickly.
